Francesca is our firm’s senior paralegal handling such matters as estate planning and administration; trust execution, funding and administration; and, real property transfers. She works with clients on collecting, consolidating, and evaluating estate assets and liabilities to establish appropriate estate and trust accounts. She also prepares clients’ “Advanced Directives” (Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA, Living Will and Disposition of Burial), and is always happy to lend a hand.

Francesca has a Bachelor of Science degree in Law & Paralegal Studies from the New York City College of Technology.

Francesca is fluent in Italian; in fact she teaches young children her native language. Francesca is family focused and brings her caring nature to her work with our clients. She treats all clients like her family, and her warmth is a welcomed component of our staff.
