Marguerite A. Fiore, Esq. serves as Special Counsel to Grimaldi and Yeung.
She is a principal in Fiore Law Firm, P.C. located in Dongan Hills, Staten Island, NY. She has been practicing law for over 26 years. Her practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, business law, guardianships, probate, and litigation related to those areas of law. Ms. Fiore received her B.S. in accounting, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University in 1988 and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1991. Her career began as an attorney in the Tax Department of a major NYC accounting firm. She also taught contracts and commercial transactions as an associate professor at St. John’s University, College of Business Administration. She is licensed to practice law in New York, and admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts, U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Marguerite A. Fiore is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (Past Cooperative and Condominium Section Committee member), the Richmond County Bar Association (Board of Directors and Surrogate’s Court Committee), and the Staten Island Women’s Bar Association (Past Treasurer and Past Director). Ms. Fiore is very involved in community service and is a member of the Mid-Island Rotary where she held many board positions, including President and received the Paul Harris Fellow award.
