Shana Siegel, Esq., CELA, CAP of Counsel serves as Special Counsel to Grimaldi and Yeung.
Ms. Siegel focuses her practice on representing seniors and persons with special needs and their families in connection with asset preservation, estate planning, supplemental needs trusts, life care planning, guardianships and trust and estate litigation. Ms. Siegel is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the A.B.A approved National Elder Law Foundation. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Siegel worked as a regulatory specialist at AARP. Ms. Siegel has also served as an adjunct professor of elder law at Seton Hall Law School.
Ms. Siegel is a former president of the New Jersey chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a member of NAELA’s Counsel for Advanced Practitioners, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, NJSBA Elder Law Section, the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association and New Jersey Women Lawyers.
She earned her JD with honors from Georgetown University and her BA with honors from Barnard College. She is active in her local chamber associations, multiple Jewish philanthropy organizations and is a frequent writer and speaker.
